AdventureX Hackathon

China's first youth-oriented (16-26 yrs) hackathon, hosted in Hangzhou, China. Over 200 hackers and 2000 guests visited the event throughout the week, with over 50 projects made by aspiring young hackers.

With close to 30 different tracks and prizes, there was a lot up for grabs, and a total blast to help organize.

I was invited first as a designer, putting together trophies and parts of the website—but later became a more crucial part of the event planning.

Helped with the venue, backstage equipment, and various machinery during the week of the event, I ran 24-hour long shifts and enjoyed sleepless nights as participants kept the venue alive throughout the night for all five days.
